Everything you need to know before you visit

Yes — entry is completely free for all visitors. We recommend registering online in advance for faster entry.

Registration is free and optional, but registering ahead of time saves you queueing at the gate and keeps you updated about the event.

The flagship fair is held at ICCB in Dhaka. Selected editions also run in Chattogram and Sylhet so students across Bangladesh can attend.

Anyone planning higher education abroad — SSC and HSC students, undergraduate and postgraduate aspirants, parents, and working professionals looking to upskill.

Admissions & documents

Institutions from 45+ countries attend, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Japan and many more. See our Study Destinations page for an overview.

Many universities carry out on-the-spot assessments and can issue conditional offers during the fair. Bring your documents so representatives can review them there and then.

Academic transcripts and certificates, your passport (if you have one), IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent results, an up-to-date CV, and a few passport-size photos.

Yes. You can speak with as many institutions as you like and apply to several — it’s a great way to compare courses, fees and scholarships in one place.

Scholarships & costs

Many participating institutions offer scholarships and application-fee waivers. Ask each representative directly, and read our Scholarships & Funding guide to prepare.

Attending and speaking to universities is free. Some institutions also waive their application fee for students who apply on-site — ask at each booth.

Visas & after the expo

University representatives and education consultants at the fair can guide you through each country’s visa process. You can also use our Foreign Embassies in Bangladesh and Bangladesh Embassies Abroad directories.

Universities and education providers can join as exhibitors. See About Bangladesh for the market, or apply to exhibit.
